As LetsUpgrade scaled into a large live-learning platform, students faced difficulty navigating courses, tracking progress, and managing live sessions. The platform needed clearer structure and more intuitive interfaces to support thousands of learners effectively.
solution
Core learner-facing components such as dashboards, course listings, enrollment flows, and progress tracking screens were redesigned. Navigation was improved to help users discover courses faster, while responsive UI patterns ensured seamless usage across devices. Interfaces for live sessions were refined to improve engagement and usability.
This project focused on designing for scale and clarity. By mapping student journeys across discovery, learning, and certification, the platform was reshaped into a more intuitive and supportive learning environment. The enhancements directly impact how learners engage with content, attend live classes, and track their growth over time.
